I just wanted to say a big thanks to your team for yesterday morning- they were extremely professional and made sure everything ran smoothly to our schedules. Charles was excellent, he is a huge asset to your company, Nicole and I were very nervous and he put us at ease and took control of organising those in his care, allowing us to complete other jobs. If you could pass on our gratitude to them, I would be extremely grateful. Also a big thanks to you for accommodating our requests (some were so last minute that we didn’t think they would be possible).
